Role Description This is a full-time remote role as a Financial Analyst at a United States based Real Estate / Private Equity firm. The Financial Analyst will underwrite new acquisitions, do research on necessary variables, run forward-looking projections and past reporting. You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based company. Qualifications * 5+ years experience in the Finance field * A University Degree in the finance field * Experience in financial reporting (profit and loss, balance sheet, forcasts, etc) * Experience in the real estate or private equity industry * Strong communication skills * Excellent organizational skills * Proven track record of handling confidential information * Ability to work independently and remotely * Proficiency in project management tools Requirements: * Typing speed 50+ words per minute * Ability to work on US time zone * A clean and professional remote work environment * Fast internet, a second monitor and a fast computer Salary: R20000-R40000 per month, paid in USD depending on experience. Details: * Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly. * Client has a desire for long term commitment.
