accurately record returns on handheld devices; receive/check/unload/GRN loads in SAP; monitor delivery schedules and inbound retpack plans, escalating risks timeously; and ensure all documentation is accurately completed. * **Outbound Logistics:** Verify outbound loads for quantity, ERP match, paperwork, quality, and age standards;
