+ BEng/Master's in Business or Engineering.
+ Minimum 5 years of working experience in operations, product development, etc.
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external technology partners
+ Working with technology vendors, solution providers, or consultants.
+ Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or Agile.
+ Familiarity with AI/ML applications in operations or manufacturing
+ Willingness to travel internationally
Responsibilities:
+ Identifying high-impact opportunities for AI across the organisation and driving real-world implementation through collaboration with third-party experts and internal coordination.
+ Provide structured problem-solving and hands-on solutions.
