WCMD 30/2026 SALARY : R237 453 - R279 708 per annum (Level 05) CENTRE : Western Cape Mobility Department, Western Cape Government. REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification). Competencies: Knowledge of following: Registry duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, and operate computer; Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service; Storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment; Work in registry; Working procedures in terms of the work environment. Skills in the following: Computer; Planning and Organising; Language; Good Verbal and Written Communication; Job Knowledge; Interpersonal Relations; Flexibility; Teamwork; Willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines; Ability to perform routine tasks; Ability to operate office equipment; Ability to work under pressure. DUTIES : Provide registry counter services; Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence; Render an effective filing and record management service; Operate office machines in relation to the registry function; Process documents for archiving and/ disposal.
