This role involves working closely with various departments to optimize processes, improve productivity, and drive growth. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: * CIMA qualification. * Honours degree. * 3 years relevant experience will count in the candidate's favour. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Performance Metrics: Develops and maintains key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of various operations. * Forecasting: Uses historical data and market insights to create accurate forecasts and assist with resource allocation and inventory management. * Process Improvement: Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and automation opportunities. * Budgeting and Financial Analysis: Assists with budget preparation, variance analysis and financial modeling to ensure financial goals are met. * Reporting: Prepares regular reports and dashboards for management and provides insights and actionable recommendations. * Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities, and provides strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. * Business Analysis: Involved in analyzing financial information from Business Proposals and investments. Including cash flow needs, profitability and risk exposure. Attention to detail and ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
