Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead BI development and data strategy initiatives
* Translate complex data into meaningful business insights
* Design and optimise reporting structures and dashboards
* Manage and improve data warehousing solutions
* Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of data
* Engage with stakeholders across departments and leadership
* Drive continuous improvement in BI processes and systems
* Support decision-making through analytics and reporting
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Information Systems / Data / IT / Related
* Strong experience in BI development and data analytics
* Advanced SQL and database experience
* Experience with Python and data processing tools
* Exposure to Microsoft BI stack (Power BI advantageous)
* Strong understanding of data warehousing and reporting structures

* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
* Ability to lead and influence teams
* Excellent stakeholder engagement
* High attention to detail and data accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and presentation skills
