Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Gauteng FULL TIME R400 000,00 - R500 000,00 (PER YEAR) Approx Monthly Salary: R33 333,00 - R41 666,00 Job Summary What you'll be responsible for: * Processing journals, supplier invoices and reconciliations * Managing accounts payable and receivable functions * Preparing bank reconciliations and maintaining the cashbook * Assisting with month-end and year-end financial close * Preparing management reports and supporting financial reporting * Maintaining the general ledger and fixed asset register * Processing petty cash and expense claims * Supporting inventory reconciliations and investigating stock variances * Assisting with manufacturing cost analysis and production accounting * Working closely with production, procurement and warehouse teams * Assisting with VAT, audits and statutory reconciliations * Ensuring compliance with financial controls and company policies What we're looking for: * Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field * Approximately 3-4 years' accounting experience * Manufacturing or FMCG experience will be highly advantageous * Exposure to inventory and cost accounting is preferred * Strong Excel skills and experience working on an ERP or accounting system * Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail * Strong analytical ability with a proactive, hands-on approach * Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with operational teams If you're looking for a role where you can make a meaningful contribution within a growing manufacturing environment while expanding your technical accounting experience, we'd love to hear from you.
