Automotive - Automotive Sales Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Manage all branch functions including sales, stock control, and team performance * Drive financial performance and achieve monthly sales targets and EBITA goals * Oversee P&L, budget management, and cost control initiatives * Lead, coach, and develop a motivated team (sales, warehouse, admin staff) * Ensure superior customer service and resolve warranty claims * Implement quality management systems and maintain compliance standards * Manage stock levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships Requirements Essential: * Matric Certificate with Maths Literacy (minimum) * 8-10 years' management experience in the motor industry * Motor parts sales experience * P&L and financial management experience * Technical knowledge of automotive parts * Strong Microsoft Office proficiency * Stock management system experience (VISION, WOM advantageous) Skills: * Excellent leadership and people management abilities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Customer service excellence * Budget and financial management * ISO 9001/45001 knowledge (advantage) Techbridge Recruitment Recruiter
