Building/Construction/Mining - Other Building/Construction/Mining Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise installation teams on-site. Install and oversee aluminium windows, doors, sliding doors, shopfronts, curtain walling and balustrades. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards. Identify and resolve installation issues on-site. Coordinate with management, clients and contractors. Manage materials, tools and equipment. Complete site inspections and basic installation reports. Requirements: Proven experience in glass and aluminium installation. Previous team-leading or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of installation methods, hardware and materials. Ability to read technical drawings. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Valid driver’s licence advantageous.
