Premium Ad Logistics - Warehousing/Distribution Nelspruit FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Decision making: Confidently pivot and troubleshoot in a rapidly evolving logistics environment. * KPI reporting: Deliver accurate performance metrics and drive operational excellence. * Cost management: Ensure financial efficiency while adhering to SOPs. * Mentorship: Guide and develop existing staff into high‑performing teams. * Client relations: Build strong partnerships with clients, requiring travel (own car and valid driver’s license essential). * Labour management: Experience working with 3rd‑party labour companies (dual employee‑ship). * Risk awareness: Maintain a sharp sense of risk factors impacting operations. Minimum Requirements * Grade 12 Certificate (Matric) * Diploma in Road & Transport Management, Warehousing, or related field * Computer literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Leadership experience: Minimum 3 years in a middle management role within warehousing * Team management: Proven ability to lead a team of leaders * Health & Safety knowledge: Experience in managing programmes according to legal specifications (An added advantage) * Willing to travel: Own car and valid driver’s license Please Note: Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates in line with our client’s commitment to transformation.
