    Key Responsibilities * Manage the full debtors, creditors and cashbook functions. * Process customer and supplier invoices accurately on SAGE. * Manage customer accounts, statements and outstanding payments. * Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve customer queries. * Verify supplier invoices, supporting documents and payment details. * Process payments, receipts, bank transactions and credit notes. * Perform daily bank and cashbook reconciliations. * Complete monthly debtor, creditor and intercompany reconciliations. * Assist with VAT reconciliations and monthly financial reporting. * Maintain accurate financial records, filing and supporting documentation. * Maintain the SAGE customer and supplier database Requirements * Diploma in Bookkeeping or relevant * Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience. * Strong Excel and SAGE skills. * Good understanding of debtors, creditors and reconciliations. * Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills. * Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
