Job description

Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets and forecasts aligned with organisational goals. * Monitor financial performance, analyse variances and identify cost-saving opportunities. * Prepare and present management accounts, financial reports and recommendations. * Manage cash flow, banking relationships, investments and payment of liabilities. * Maintain financial controls, manage risks and ensure regulatory, tax and accounting compliance. * Oversee external audits, payroll approvals and insurance requirements. * Oversee tax calculations, statutory returns and submissions. * Lead, mentor and develop the finance team and provide financial guidance to other departments. * Oversee financial systems, technology and reporting solutions. * Maintain accurate financial records and provide ad-hoc financial support to management. Requirements * CA(SA) qualification. * 3–5 years’ experience in a financial management role. * Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and cash flow management skills. * Knowledge of IFRS, taxation, audits, internal controls, risk management and regulatory compliance. * Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems, Excel, financial modelling and reporting tools. * Strong strategic financial planning, business partnering and cost management capabilities. * Proven leadership, performance management and process improvement skills. * Excellent communication, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. * Team player * Takes accountability for actions Thank you for your interest and for taking the time to apply.
