Retail - Retail Assistant Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary To qualify for this position, you need: * Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. * 5+ years experience in residential property development. * Proven experience in large-scale developments (50+ units). * Strong track record in feasibility modelling and cost planning. * Experience across full development lifecycle. * Proficiency in Candy (CCS), WinQS, BuildSmart, BIM tools, and advanced Excel. * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and protect margins. * Confident in challenging assumptions and making go/no-go recommendations. Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Conduct detailed feasibility studies and financial modelling for new developments. * Control cost planning, budgeting, and margin protection across the full project lifecycle. * Perform due diligence and risk analysis on potential developments. * Independently verify and challenge external QS reports and assumptions. * Support procurement and contractor pricing strategies. * Provide strategic input to optimise development performance and scalability. * Work on high-volume, high-impact developments. * Play a key role in scaling a fast-growing property investment business. * Direct exposure to strategic decision-making and leadership. *If you do not receive feedback within two weeks of submitting your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.* I Grow Wealth Investments Recruiter
