Retail - Retail Assistant Durbanville FULL TIME Job Summary Minimum requirements (Advantageous): * Grade 12/Matric. * NQF4 Real Estate with a FFC certificate. * Minimum 2-3 years rental experience. * Well-organised and deadline-driven. * Computer literate. * Self-motivated and energetic. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work well under pressure. * Own transport and valid driver's licence. * Able to work after hours and on weekends as needed. Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Liaising with tenants and owners. * Qualifying and vetting tenants. * Procurement and placement of qualified tenants. * Marketing rental stock. * Inspections of residential properties. * Meeting clients at pre-determined times to show them the developments available for rent. * Following up with those clients by telephone the next day and convert them to successful placements. * Ad hoc duties may be required at times in the rental department. *If you do not receive feedback within two weeks of submitting your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.* I Grow Wealth Investments Recruiter
