Key Responsibilities * Source and secure new business opportunities within the commercial and residential property market. * Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders. * Conduct property viewings and client consultations. * Market and promote commercial and residential properties. * Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions. * Provide clients with professional advice on current market trends and property values. * Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and available properties. * Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets. * Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and industry regulations. * Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
