Manufacturing - Other Manufacturing South Africa PART TIME Job Summary Efficiency Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd Registration No. 2022/876857/07   Duties & Responsibilities * Operate and supervise looms to ensure optimal production efficiency. * Monitor fabric quality and minimize defects, downtime and waste. * Oversee shift activities, allocate manpower, and ensure adherence to schedules. * Conduct routine maintenance and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Experience & Qualification * Minimum 3-5 years’ experience operating and supervising Lohla Nova6 and 62 looming machines. * Strong technical skills in loom operation, setup, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. * Proven ability to meet production targets while maintaining strict quality standards. * Supervisory experience with the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of operators.
