Manufacturing - Other Manufacturing Benoni PART TIME Job Summary Efficiency Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd Registration No. 2022/876857/07 Duties & Responsibilities * Repairing and maintaining all mechanical equipment. * Handling and moving objects by using hands and arms to install, position, and move materials. * Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or defects. * Performing activities that require the use of arms and legs, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. * Observing, receiving, and obtaining information from relevant sources to complete work tasks. * Monitoring and reviewing information from materials to detect or assess problems. * Identifying information, estimating, and recognizing differences or similarities, as well as * changes in events, to complete work tasks. * Controlling machines and various processes. * Performing preventive maintenance on all equipment in the factory, including mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Conducting scheduled checks on machinery and parts. * Finding and fixing faults, oiling, and cleaning machinery and parts. * Carrying out scheduled overhauls and replacing parts that have reached the end of their working life. * Being able to work on other sites to perform breakdown repairs Required company responsibilities: * Productivity – follow formal/written and informal/verbal instructions and procedures as the above processes may change. * Ensure that good housekeeping practices are followed. * Health and Safety – wear the protective equipment issued to you while working. * Follow any lawful instruction required by management. * International/Local commissioning and field service – as required for commissioning and on-site work. * Ensure all equipment issued to you needed for jobs and projects are kept safe.
