Job description
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hydraulics and related industrial sectors
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
* Conduct client visits, site assessments, and product presentations
* Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
* Proven experience in hydraulic sales or the hydraulics industry (essential)
* Strong knowledge of hydraulic components, systems, and applications
* Minimum 3–5 years external sales experience in industrial environment
* Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems advantageous)
