Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Delivery / Order Management Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced telecoms environment and is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end order processing and service delivery
* Review and scrutinise customer contracts
* Place and track orders via CRM systems within agreed SLAs
* Provide regular progress updates and reporting to customers and internal teams
* Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth service delivery
* Conduct testing and activation of services
* Handle fault resolution and escalations effectively
* Set up and manage new customer accounts
* Support business development initiatives where required
* Maintain accurate tracking of all orders and service updates
Minimum Requirements
Skills & Competencies
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent organisation and multi-tasking ability
* Professional, customer-centric approach with good telephone manner
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* High attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures accurately
* Tact, diplomacy, and strong problem-solving skills
* Numerate and literate
Experience & Qualifications
* Telecoms industry experience (advantageous but not essential – full training provided)
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* ITIL Foundation (V3 or V4) – advantageous but not required
Salary and Working Hours
* Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications
* UK working hours - this is not a remote position; office is based in Milnerton, Western Cape.
