Engineering - Engineering Management Gauteng FULL TIME R6 500,00 (PER MONTH) Job Summary Minimum Requirements * N6 or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering. * Ideally recently qualified with limited or no formal work experience. * Strong interest in electrical, technical and maintenance work. * Willingness to learn and develop practical, hands-on skills. * Reliable, hardworking and able to follow technical instructions. * Good communication skills and a professional attitude. * Able to work effectively as part of a technical team. * Valid driver's licence advantageous but not essential. * Willing and able to travel to customer and job sites with Technicians. Key Responsibilities * Assist experienced Technicians with servicing, maintenance, installations and repairs. * Accompany Technicians to customer premises and job sites. * Assist with basic electrical fault finding, troubleshooting and equipment testing. * Prepare tools, equipment, components and materials for service calls. * Assist with preventative maintenance and routine equipment servicing. * Learn to interpret technical manuals, schematics and manufacturer guidelines. * Assist with removing, replacing and installing faulty components. * Learn to use technical tools, diagnostic equipment and testing instruments correctly. * Maintain clean, organised and safe working areas. * Participate in practical training, learning activities and assessments. * Follow company procedures and occupational health and safety requirements. * Develop practical technical knowledge under the guidance of experienced Technicians.
