Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person. * Handle and resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly. * Process and track orders, ensuring accurate updates and timely follow-ups. * Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system. * Act as a liaison between head office, store teams, and customers to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues. * Support product launches by informing customers and addressing related queries. * Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience. * Monitor customer satisfaction and provide insights to management for continuous improvement. * Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service delivery. * Take on additional tasks as required—every day can be different. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or client-facing roles. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Confident using MS Office; experience with CRM systems is advantageous. * Strong sense of responsibility and accountability. * Positive, solution-oriented attitude. * Driver’s license and own transport advantageous. * Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.
