Key Responsibilities: * Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchen and common areas. * Prepare and serve refreshments to staff, clients and visitors. * Prepare a daily lunch for a designated senior executive. * Keep the kitchen, appliances, crockery and beverage stations clean and organized. * Monitor and manage food, cleaning and office supplies. * Prepare meeting rooms and assist with general hospitality duties. * Maintain indoor plants and wash office linen and cleaning cloths. * Report low stock, maintenance concerns and breakages promptly. * Maintain strict confidentiality and high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
