Trade/Artisans/Technical - Other Technical Hout Bay FULL TIME R16 000,00 (PER MONTH) Job Summary Key Responsibilities: * Install, configure and test alarm and CCTV systems. * Service and maintain existing security systems. * Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs. * Perform routine inspections, maintenance and system testing. * Ensure all equipment operates reliably and according to the required standards. * Complete installation, maintenance and service reports accurately. * Explain system operation and basic troubleshooting procedures to customers. * Deliver professional and customer-focused service. * Maintain tools, equipment and company resources responsibly. * Adhere to safety procedures and security industry standards. Requirements: * Proven experience installing and servicing alarm systems. * Practical experience with CCTV installation and monitoring systems. * Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. * PSIRA registration is required; Grade C is preferred. * Valid driver’s licence. * Own reliable vehicle. * Must preferably reside in Hout Bay or the surrounding area. * Able to work independently and complete tasks to a high standard. * Reliable, professional and customer-focused. * Good communication and report-writing skills.
