Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Cape Town FULL TIME R25 000,00 - R35 000,00 (PER MONTH) Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Manage the full debtors and creditors function. * Process customer invoices, supplier invoices, credit notes and payments. * Perform debtor and creditor account reconciliations. * Follow up on outstanding customer accounts and manage collections. * Prepare supplier reconciliations and ensure payments are processed accurately and on time. * Capture financial transactions accurately on Sage. * Allocate receipts and payments to the correct accounts. * Investigate and resolve customer and supplier account queries. * Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. * Assist with month-end procedures and financial reporting. * Provide general administrative support to the finance team when required. Minimum Requirements * Matric / Grade 12 is essential. * Minimum 3 years' experience in a Debtors & Creditors Clerk, Accounts Clerk, Bookkeeper or similar finance position. * Proven hands-on experience using Sage is essential. * Strong understanding of debtors, creditors, reconciliations and general bookkeeping principles. * Strong Microsoft Excel skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail. * High level of accuracy when processing financial information. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Relevant bookkeeping, accounting or finance qualification would be advantageous. * Reliable transport is essential due to the location and working hours.
