Who We Want to Meet
Foreman candidateswho meet the following criteria:
Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African Identity Document
Minimum Requirements: Grade 10 or equivalent technical qualification. 5 years relevant on the job supervisory experience.
Descriptors: Works independently within works/maintenance programme. Provides regular report backs to a Superintendent/ Manager.
Core Functions / Characteristics:
* Supervises a team performing semi-skilled work e.g. erecting signs or fencing.
* Is engaged in more complicated technical work.
* Does routine administrative tasks, completes standard forms and inspection reports.
* Responsible for the issue and receipt of tools.
* Allocates work for the day.
* Checks and inspects work in progress and on completion.
