Job description
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Analyse customer requirements and design end-to-end WFM integration solutions
* Understand the WFM blueprint and configure the system and its integration
* Work with customers third party vendors (eg HR, payroll etc)
* Define and guide customers on business process and policies
* Conduct Training
* Provide After Sales Support to customers
Key Requirements:
* Matric Grade12
* IT related Tertiary Qualification
* Certifications preferred: Dell Boomi, Cloud (AWS or Azure), and other Microsoft (OS, Database) Certifications
* Minimum 5 Years experience in a similar role with system integration and networking experience
* Experience preferred: Dell Boomi (UKG, HRIS, 3rd party system integrations)
* Experience supporting enterprise software applications
* Experience in preparing technical and functional design documentation
