Job description
Network Recruitment is looking for a skilled Shotcrete & Pastefill Foreman with 5+ years of underground experience to lead and supervise crews within a demanding underground mining environment.
If you have hands-on knowledge of shotcrete, pastefill, backfill plant processes and ground-support operations, combined with proven crew-management skills, we want to hear from you!
Education:
* Blasting/Mining-related qualification
* Mine Overseer / Shift Supervisor / Foreman qualification or competency
* Underground mining safety training
* Shotcrete equipment/operator competency
* Pastefill / backfill plant training or competency
* Ground Support training/competency,
Job Experience & Skills Required:
* 5+ years’ underground mining experience
* Proven experience supervising Shotcrete & Pastefill crews
* Strong knowledge of underground shotcrete operations
* Practical experience with pastefill / backfill operations
* Familiarity with backfill plant processes and material flow
* Knowledge of shotcrete-bolt ground support systems
* Proven crew supervision and workforce management experience
* Ability to coordinate daily production activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
* Strong understanding of underground mining safety standards and procedures
* Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
* Able and willing to work underground shifts
