Successful candidates will gain practical experience across the functional areas that make up the Credit Risk Office (CRO), while working with analytical teams to develop business solutions. The programme provides exposure to areas such as Acquisition Risk, Existing Customer Management (ECM) Risk, High Risk Account Management (HRAM), Portfolio Performance, Profitability, Impairment, Collections and Fraud Strategy. Graduates may also gain exposure to Customer Analytics and Growth within the Chief Customer Office (CCO). What Graduates Will Learn During the programme, graduates will develop technical, analytical and business skills while rotating or working across different functional areas. The programme provides exposure to data analysis, SAS and SQL programming, modelling techniques, strategic thinking, customer analytics and insights, and the monitoring and tracking of management information. Participants will also develop stakeholder-management skills and gain an understanding of Woolworths Financial Services’ credit products and the customer life cycle.
