    Job description

    Key Responsibilities * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Manage the group consolidation process across multiple entities. * Ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant statutory requirements. * Prepare annual financial statements. * Oversee reporting deadlines and ensure accuracy of financial information. * Liaise with external auditors and manage the year-end audit process. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Provide technical accounting guidance across the group. * Monitor internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities. * Support executive management with financial insights and reporting. Minimum Requirements * Qualified CA(SA). * 3–7 years post-articles experience. * Strong experience in financial reporting and consolidations. * Sound knowledge of IFRS and corporate reporting requirements. * Experience within a multi-entity or group environment advantageous. * Advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience * Listed company or large group reporting exposure. * Exposure to complex consolidations and reporting structures. * Experience working with ERP systems.
