Key Responsibilities * Develop, maintain, and monitor product costing models across vineyard and production operations. * Analyse production, operational, and manufacturing costs to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities. * Prepare detailed cost reports and profitability analyses for management. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. * Assist in the development and implementation of costing policies, procedures, and internal controls. * Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost & Management Accounting, or a related field. * CIMA qualification or studies towards CIMA will be highly advantageous. * Minimum 3 years' experience * Experience within agriculture, manufacturing, FMCG, wine production, or a production-driven environment will be advantageous. * Strong understanding of costing principles, inventory management, and financial analysis.
