The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day administration of a residential and/or commercial property portfolio, with a strong focus on tenant accounts, rental collections, lease administration, utilities and debtor management. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, numbers and systems, and who can confidently manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring that the property portfolio's debtor administration is accurate and up to date.
