Operating at the executive helm alongside the board, you will hold total operational accountability for long-term financial sustainability, FP&A modeling, donor/grant reporting, and digital finance transformation. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Leadership & Turnaround Management: Formulate long-term financial strategies, lead organizational sustainability initiatives, and deliver executive-level decision support to the board and executive committee. * FP&A, Budgeting & Advanced Financial Modeling: Direct group-wide budgeting, scenario planning, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) frameworks, developing robust financial models to support strategic expansion and grant requirements. * Funding Strategy & Stakeholder Governance: Partner with donor organizations, grantmakers, and strategic partners to ensure complete financial transparency, robust reporting frameworks, and sustainable capital allocation. * Digital Transformation & Process Automation: Drive finance modernizations, overseeing accounting systems implementations, workflow automation, and the rollout of executive performance dashboards. * Governance, Compliance & Audit Leadership: Oversee the compilation of annual financial statements, lead external audit pipelines, enforce strict risk governance frameworks, and ensure total statutory and donor compliance. * Team Leadership & Capacity Building: Mentor, elevate, and develop a high-performing finance team, building operational accountability and a culture of continuous process improvement.
