    Job Description * Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Software Engineers. * Drive the technical roadmap and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms. * Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative technology solutions. * Ensure successful project delivery while optimising platform performance and customer experience.
