The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of events, effective stakeholder engagement, and a high-quality experience for attendees and members across in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. Apply directly or email your CV to Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative and logistical support to the Events Manager * Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events * Coordinate logistics for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events * Provide technical support for online events hosted on Zoom and Microsoft Teams * Coordinate event registrations, attendee management, and related administration * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers * Manage event-related communication and logistics * Ensure all operational requirements are coordinated effectively and delivered on time * Assist with resolving logistical and technical issues during events * Maintain accurate event documentation and records * Contribute to delivering a professional and positive attendee experience Minimum Requirements * Relevant qualification in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Administration, or a related field * Previous experience in event coordination or event administration * Experience supporting in-person, hybrid, and/or virtual events * Working knowledge of Zoom and Microsoft Teams * Strong organisational and administrative skills * Excellent attention to detail * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Proactive, professional, and service-oriented approach O'Brien Recruitment Recruiter
