The programme combines targeted learning, practical workplace exposure, mentorship and experience across relevant PIC business functions. Minimum Requirements Applicants must have completed or be studying towards at least an NQF Level 7 qualification from an accredited institution of higher learning. Candidates must also: * Have achieved a minimum overall academic average of 60%. * Have no previous participation in a similar graduate programme. * Have a strong interest in financial services, particularly asset and investment management. * Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
