Engineering - Petro Chemical Johannesburg North FULL TIME Job Summary Education: * BEng Chemical Engineering Job Experience & Skills Required: * Experience with thickeners, flocculant systems and screening technologies * Mineral processing and slurry handling experience * Process plant design and optimisation exposure * Strong process simulation and troubleshooting skills Duties: * Design and optimise thickening, flocculation and screening processes for mineral processing operations. * Conduct process calculations, mass balances and equipment sizing activities. * Develop process flow diagrams, P&IDs and operating philosophies. * Analyse plant performance data and identify optimisation opportunities. * Support pilot plant testing and process development initiatives. * Perform flocculant selection and dosage optimisation studies. * Troubleshoot operational process challenges and recommend corrective actions. * Assist with commissioning, plant startups and process performance evaluations. * Produce technical reports and engineering documentation for clients. * Collaborate with project and sales teams to provide technical support during project execution. * For more Engineering jobs, please visit www.networkrecruitment.co.za If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
