Tourism/Hospitality - Tourism/Hospitality Management Johannesburg North FULL TIME Job Summary Key Responsibilities * Analyse collections portfolio performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of collections strategies and operational outcomes. * Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting packs, and performance metrics. * Support collections strategy optimisation through data analysis and actionable recommendations. * Assist with the implementation, testing, and monitoring of new collections initiatives and treatments. * Partner with collections and operational teams to improve recoveries and operational efficiencies. * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytical processes. * Present findings and insights to key stakeholders to support decision-making. Job Experience and Skills Required Qualifications: * Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Data Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field. Experience: * Experience within a Quantitative Analytics, Collections Analytics, Credit Risk Analytics, or Retail Banking Analytics environment. * Previous exposure to collections strategy monitoring, reporting, and performance optimisation. * Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations. Skills: * Advanced Excel skills. * Strong SQL skills. * Experience with SAS, Python, R, or similar analytical tools would be advantageous. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to build reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
