Job description
Join a leading business services organisation that forms part of a prominent JSE-listed group, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a key role in supporting business performance through budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and insightful analysis.
Duties:
* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial plans
* Perform detailed financial and variance analysis
* Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
* Analyse financial performance and identify key trends, risks and opportunities
* Provide meaningful management reporting and insights
* Partner with stakeholders to support business planning and decision-making
* Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting
Education and Experience:
* CA(SA) or CIMA
* 2-3 years experience in a similar role (post articles)
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* A genuine passion for FP&A and using financial information to drive business performance
