Job Experience and Skills Required: * A qualification in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field. * 4+ years of UX design experience, ideally with exposure to leading projects or mentoring others. * A strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end UX design process. * Proven experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Tools you'll work with: Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe XD, Maze, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.
