Job description

Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-depth research on international tax treaties, domestic tax legislation, and EU directives relating to withholding tax recovery. * Monitor legislative developments, tax authority updates, and relevant case law impacting withholding tax claims. * Collaborate with internal teams to enhance technical methodologies and improve operational efficiencies. * Assist with identifying opportunities for new reclaim jurisdictions and service offerings. * Support the preparation of technical claim documentation and legal argumentation. * Review complex claim submissions to ensure compliance and accuracy. * Provide technical guidance to clients regarding withholding tax recovery strategies. * Assist with drafting responses to tax authority queries and technical correspondence. * Contribute to technical training, presentations, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. * Support the development of tax technical content and thought leadership publications.
