Real Estate Acquisition Manager (High-Ticket Sales)
Overview
We are a fast-growing player in the real estate wholesaling space, focused on contracting properties directly from sellers and assigning those contracts to investors for an assignment fee. With a strong and consistent lead generation system already in place, we are now scaling our sales team to improve conversion and maximize deal flow.
This role is critical to business growth—focused entirely on converting inbound leads into signed purchase contracts through high-quality sales conversations.
Role Summary
The Real Estate Acquisition Manager is responsible for handling inbound seller leads and converting them into signed purchase agreements. This is a phone-based, high-ticket sales role, where success depends on strong closing ability, confidence, and relationship-building skills.
The role is fully supported by an AI-driven system that automates all non-call tasks, allowing you to focus exclusively on what matters most: selling and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound and inbound phone calls with property owners (sellers)
* Convert qualified leads into signed purchase contracts
* Build rapport with sellers and understand their motivations and timelines
* Negotiate pricing and terms to secure favorable agreements
* Confidently guide sellers through the sales process from first contact to close
* Handle objections and overcome barriers to closing
* Collaborate with internal team members to improve conversion strategies
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Hard Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3+ years of sales experience (required)
* Proven track record in high-ticket sales (real estate experience strongly preferred but not a hard Requirement)
* Strong closing and negotiation skills
* Experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls
* Ability to manage and convert a high volume of leads
* Familiarity with sales tools, automation systems, or AI-driven workflows (advantageous)

Employment Details

Compensation
* Base Salary (Draw): $1,500 – $2,000 USD per month ( Depending on Experience)
* Commission Structure:
+ Uncapped commission based on deals closed
+ Transition to commission-only once earnings exceed base draw threshold
