Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Centurion FULL TIME R660 000,00 - R720 000,00 (PER MONTH) Job Summary Key Responsibilities: * Manage the full payroll function from input through to final processing * Oversee monthly payroll, reconciliations, journals and reporting * Manage employee changes, leave, overtime, deductions and benefits * Ensure accurate PAYE, UIF, SDL and other statutory submissions * Maintain payroll controls and ensure legislative compliance * Review payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies * Manage payroll queries and provide support to employees and stakeholders * Prepare payroll reports and provide insights to Finance and management * Support internal and external payroll audits * Maintain accurate employee and payroll records * Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and improve payroll processes * Lead, manage and develop the payroll team Job Experience and Skills: * Relevant tertiary or payroll qualification * Managerial payroll experience within a high-volume environment * Payspace Super User essential * Strong understanding of payroll legislation and statutory requirements * Full payroll cycle experience * Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets * Experience with payroll reconciliations, journals and reporting * Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Able to work under pressure and meet non-negotiable payroll deadlines * Hands-on, organised and solutions-driven approach If you’re looking for responsibility, exposure and growth in a business that moves fast and expects results, this role will stretch you; and reward you.
