The programme offers opportunities across several administrative and support functions. Minimum Requirements Applicants must: * Be Black South Africans as defined by the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, including African, Coloured or Indian South African citizens. * Be between 18 and 29 years old. * Be currently unemployed. * Not have previously participated in a YES Programme with another organisation. * Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to the programme.
