Key Responsibilities * Research, design, and develop innovative sauce formulations and FMCG food products aligned with market trends and consumer preferences. * Conduct continuous raw material evaluations, sensory testing, and shelf-life studies to ensure product quality and stability. * Optimize existing product recipes to enhance flavor profiles, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing efficiency. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and marketing, to transition recipes seamlessly from pilot lab scale to full factory production. * Ensure all new formulations meet strict regulatory standards, food safety protocols, and client specifications. Requirements * Relevant tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. * Proven track record and hands-on experience in product formulation, specifically within sauces and liquid FMCG categories. * Strong background in the FMCG food manufacturing industry. * Solid understanding of food chemistry, preservation techniques, factory scale-up processes, and food safety regulations (HACCP/ISO). * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
