You can work through messy information, identify the real commercial problem, structure an argument, challenge assumptions and turn complexity into a practical course of action. But what if your role did not end with the recommendation? What if you could stay close enough to the business to see whether the thinking actually translates into better decisions, stronger commercial capability and a more effective entrepreneur? Raizcorp is looking for commercially astute professionals with management-consulting experience to join us in a role that blends business consulting and entrepreneurial coaching. You will work directly with a portfolio of entrepreneurs, helping them solve real business problems across strategy, finance, sales, marketing, operations and people - while simultaneously developing their ability to solve those problems for themselves. This is not traditional management consulting. You will not arrive, diagnose a problem, produce a deck and move on. Instead, you will work alongside entrepreneurs over time: analysing their businesses, challenging their thinking, helping them evaluate strategic choices and guiding them through the implementation and consequences of those decisions. You do not need previous coaching experience. Raizcorp will train you in our internationally recognised business-coaching methodology. What we need is your analytical ability, commercial judgement, curiosity about business and genuine interest in developing entrepreneurs.
