This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in financial advice processes, compliance, and investment-related services. Minimum Requirements: * Matric certificate * Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a CAT I Financial Services Provider (FSP) * Exposure to investments, long-term insurance, employee benefits, medical aid, and gap cover * Solid knowledge of financial advice and investment solutions * Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) * Experience with financial planning CRMs (e.g., AtWork, EliteWealth, Xplan) * Must be based in Durban and able to work from the office full-time Key Competencies: * Understanding of FAIS, FICA, and financial services compliance * High attention to detail and accuracy * Strong analytical and mathematical ability * Excellent communication and writing skills * Team-oriented mindset and professionalism * Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines * Adaptability and willingness to support evolving team and client needs Key Responsibilities: * Conduct research and gather information for financial advisors * Verify accuracy of policy schedules and client documentation * Draft client reports and advice documentation * Support with compliance and client review processes * Collaborate with advisors, clients, service providers, and team members * Assist in developing systems, templates, and processes to enhance service delivery * Contribute to the overall client engagement strategy Remuneration: * Target Gross Monthly Salary: (based on experience and skillset) * Includes an annual performance-based bonus via a profit share incentive scheme Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
