A forward-thinking, international engineering firm is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a major solar PV infrastructure project based in Uganda. Minimum Requirements: * BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. * Registration with a recognized professional engineering body. * 5+ years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure or energy projects. * 3+ years specifically in the construction and implementation of photovoltaic (PV) projects. * Experience with CSP and Molten Salt storage projects is a strong advantage. * Strong understanding of construction technical documentation, process control systems, and data-related installations. * Familiarity with European technical standards and renewable energy regulations is beneficial. Technical Skills: * Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and Revit. * Exposure to PV design and simulation tools like PVSyst, PVSol, PVCase, and SAM is advantageous. * Working knowledge of FIDIC contract standards, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Aconex software is desirable. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
