Finance/Accounting - Finance/Accounting Management Western Cape FULL TIME Job Summary Job Description: * Manage the full accounting function and monthly reporting process * Prepare and review management accounts and financial reports * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations * Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities * Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections * Analyse financial performance and provide insightful recommendations to management * Identify and implement process improvements, controls, and efficiencies * Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements * Assist with internal and external audit processes * Mentor and support the development of junior finance team members * Collaborate with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive business results * Contribute to strategic projects and support ongoing business growth Skills & Experience: * Minimum 5 years' commercial accounting experience * Strong financial reporting and management accounting expertise * Proven success within a fast-paced and results-driven environment * Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines. * Commercially astute with the confidence to influence business decisions * Demonstrated leadership capability and a passion for developing others Qualification: * CA(SA), AGA(SA), or CIMA qualification required Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
