Responsibilities: * Design artwork and lay-ups for sublimation garment printing * Create high-quality digital graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW * Develop production-ready files for print * Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure design alignment with client needs * Work under pressure to meet daily production deadlines * Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes Requirements: * Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop * Experience with sublimation printing and garment design * Prior experience in sportswear or apparel design is advantageous * Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written) * Must have own reliable transport * Ability to manage tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Benefits: * Salary: negotiable.
