Engineering - Plant/Maintenance Engineering Gauteng FULL TIME Job Summary The successful candidate will lead the delivery of analytics and reporting solutions that provide meaningful business insights, support performance management, and enable data-led decision-making across multiple business areas. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, stakeholder engagement, business intelligence, data analytics, and commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the delivery of analytics and reporting solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making. * Translate business requirements into actionable insights, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks. * Develop and enhance dashboards, scorecards, KPI tracking, and management reporting. * Analyse business performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers. * Ensure the accuracy, governance, and integrity of analytics and reporting outputs. * Oversee data extraction, validation, transformation, and preparation for reporting and analysis. * Partner with business, finance, risk, technology, and data teams to deliver insight-driven solutions. * Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams. * Establish and maintain reporting standards, KPI definitions, and reporting cadences. * Lead, coach, and develop analytics team members to drive high-quality delivery. * Drive continuous improvement through reporting automation, process optimisation, and enhanced analytics capabilities. * Support analytics-related technology initiatives, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematical Sciences, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Experience: * Minimum 6 years' experience in Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field. * At least 3 to 4 years' experience leading analytics teams within financial services or a similar data-intensive environment. * Experience delivering business intelligence and reporting solutions. * Exposure to technical BI implementations, data warehousing, and analytics platforms. * Proven experience translating business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.
